All of our writers are members of Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers, but some of us are also members of other groups.  Take a look at what Colorado writers groups have to offer.


Pikes Peak Writers


Its mission is the promotion and production of literary events; to provide an educational forum for the study of the craft of writing; to serve and promote the literary arts on a local, regional, or national level; and to demonstrate the relevance of those arts to contemporary life and culture.

Northern Colorado Writers


The purpose of NCW is to encourage and support writers of all levels and genres on their journey to writing success. The website, monthlymeetings, and events, provide a way for writers in our area to stayconnected and in tune with the writing world.
All classes, workshop and events are held at the Northern Colorado Writers Studio at 108 East Monroe Drive in Fort Collins (Next to Chicos).

Rocky Mountain Mystery Writers


A professional organization of mystery and crime writers, editors, publishers, and other professionals in the mystery field.  They meet monthly on the second Thursday for dinner and a special guest speaker.





Colorado Romance Writers


Colorado Romance Writers' mission is to promote excellence in romantic fiction, help writers become published and establish careers in their writing field, and provide continuing support for writers within the romance publishing industry.


CRW meets the second Saturday of every month and provides innovative programs, networking opportunities with other romance writers and pertinent information from the National organization. CRW also holds regular workshops, sponsors a member list-serve, critique groups, published author roundtable, Book in a Week programs, and a biennial writers conference.

Heart of Denver Romance Writers


Our goal is to promote excellence in romantic fiction, to help all writers become published and established in their writing field, and to provide continuing support for writers within the romance publishing industry.  All writers of all fiction genres are welcome to come learn the craft and the business of writing, and to find community with fellow writers.


We generally meet in the mornings of the third Saturday of every month.
